  • Job Summary

    We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage Japanese client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. This role involves a deep understanding of client's business needs, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver customized solutions.

    Responsibilities
    • Establish working relationships with key clients and stakeholders and become a trusted advisor who will understand their requirements and challenges.
    • Manage client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure profit objectives are met.
    • Identify new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle, particularly in growing existing business in the account.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties such as principals, partners, and vendors in sales activities to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring quality delivery of products/ services.
    • Provide progress updates to all stakeholders
    • Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good client rapport.
    • Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy.
    • Investigate client's complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and provide corrective measures.
    • Present, negotiate and prepare contracts, quotations, etc.
    Requirements
    • Minimum a Diploma in IT, Business Marketing, Communications or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of IT work experience with at least 3 years of sales account management for Japanese clients
    • Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese Language is a must as the role is required to liaise with Japanese clients
    • Able to communicate with Japanese management level stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Possess strong initiative, people networking and creativity skills
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Proven sales track record
    • Disciplined and driven to develop sales account plans and upkeep sales forecast and hygiene
    • Possessing knowledge of the infrastructure environment and application would be an added advantage
