Our donors around the world support the world's largest humanitarian organisation focused on hunger and food security, and is the largest provider of school meals. Their donations are worth millions of Euros every year. This is a 'warm' outbound role where you will be on-boarding new donors, respond to queries from existing donors and encourage one-off donors to consider making regular contributions. You will use your knowledge of this world famous organisation to explain how it benefits the lives of hundreds of millions of hungry people around the world.

This exciting opportunity will be based in the UK as a permanent work from home option.
The successful Humanitarian Fundraising Officer has:
Fluency in German and English
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Flexible attitude and enjoys learning
Good internet connection and home office facility
Previous customer service or fundraising experience desired
Salary and Benefits
The Basic gross salary is £20,384 p/a. Full paid training will be provided. Working hrs are 40 hrs per week, rotational shifts - 5 days between Mon-Sun 8am-8pm.
The interview process can be done remotely via phone and video. There will be an information/screen call, a test and an official interview.
