Location: Outskirts of Sawston

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £55,000 per annum + commission

Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5:30pm (some flexibility outside of these hours will be required)

Benefits: 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, standard pension contribution, company phone, laptop and car.

If you have a knack for building relationships, an appetite for growth, and the ability to order "une tasse de café" without Google Translate, then this could be your next big adventure!

What your role will involve:

• Explore new markets, build partnerships, and create exciting business opportunities
• Attend regular director committee meetings with a smile and a "Bonjour!"
• Manage large clients accounts
• Oversee a team of four Sales, Finance, Depot Manager and Warehouse
• Develop and implement creative strategies to drive growth and exceed targets
• Attending client sites in the UK and Ireland
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align the strategy and ensure seamless operations across the business

What we are looking for:

• Fluent in French & English: Your language skills are as polished as your negotiation skills.
• Global Explorer: You've got experience in international business development and aren't afraid of a bit of jet lag and working outside your usual set hours.
• Relationship Builder: You can build rapport with anyone.
• Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture and know how to zoom in on the details that matter to increase revenue.
