The Role:
As a German Speaking Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's footprint across the DACH region. You'll be responsible for driving new business within the Mid-Market and Enterprise sector, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering the value of AI-powered solutions tailored to the needs of small and medium enterprises. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the DACH region.
- Conduct high-level product presentations and demos, showcasing the value of our client's AI SaaS solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and needs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning in the region.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the DACH market, with experience selling into Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, remote team.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales automation software.
