  • Due to rapid growth and our expansion in Germany, we are looking for hungry, driven, and motivated Sales Development Representatives to join the herd.


    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify and source new business for our subscription software and hardware products. This is a client-facing role that will primarily focus on building a pipeline via both inbound leads and outbound prospecting.

    Responsibilities


    As a Sales Development Representative you will:

    Introduce our services to prospective clients

    Manage inbound leads and activate database leads

    Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

    Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

    Work cross-functionally to provide feedback to product and marketing teams


    Below are some of the key skills/experiences we are looking for:

    Fluent in German & English ESSENTIAL

    Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (German & English)

    Prospecting, Qualification, & Sales skills

    Strong customer service orientation

    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

    Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus

    Experience in high-growth SaaS is highly desirable

    Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality

    Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
