Who are we seeking?
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Brand Team as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator. Reporting into the Senior Content, Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media, content & influencer, marketing strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive our brand's growth. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for social media trends and technologies.
As an exceptional communicator, who is extremely organized with excellent project management abilities, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand-relevant and engaging content is flawlessly posted across all social media channels across our 3 main countries: UK, France and Italy.
This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, creative, a good communicator, passionate about social media, and has a keen interest in and excitement for the pet industry. An ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, ensuring all social media content reflects our brand values and messaging.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Plannable, Sprout, Later etc).
-Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube etc.).
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content.
-Thorough understanding of the graphic design and video editing software is a must
-Experience in event planning and management is a plus.
