Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Ralawise is the largest and leading UK distributor of promotional workwear and leisure clothing, with our head office in Deeside, North Wales and operations across Europe, our business offers a diverse range of products and operates within a fast-growing industry. We are an ambitious family run business experiencing significant growth in recent years, supported by a customer focused and dedicated workforce of over 500 employees.

We have created an exciting opportunity for a fluent German speaker to be trained within our Export department. The primary goal is to maintain positive customer relationships and provide support to the sales team.

Key duties:

• To be the first point of contact for Internal/External Sales Teams
• Day to day Customer Service contact for our customers in Germany
• Managing and Processing orders
• Liaising with different departments to ensure the smooth delivery of orders
• Preserving high customer service standards

Core Competencies:

• Bilingual - German and English, written and verbal
• Positive, enthusiastic manner
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Position, solution driven attitude
• Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn bespoke systems
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Full training will be provided to somebody who is fluent in German and English and is computer literate.
