To help us continue on our already impressive growth trajectory, We're on the lookout for an experienced CRM Manager to own our CRM strategy across our French speaking markets, delivering second to none CRM marketing campaigns that help position our brands as the number one betting and casino products in their markets.

What you'll be doing day to day:
Essential Background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
- Have gambling/gaming industry experience
- Data-driven with the ability to turn these insights into actions and resolutions
- Experience working with CRM platforms/Tools
- Experience in forecasting and costing campaign impact
- Experience in implementing CRM campaign automation
- Experience in planning and executing end to end campaigns
- Experience implementing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle
- Collaborative, with the ability to adapt and work alongside multiple departments
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different localised strategies
- Quality project & time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work dynamically and remotely
- Good attention to detail & creativity
- Ability to perform in a hybrid office/home working environment
Desirable background
- Have a keen Interest in Sports, especially football
- Undertaken competitor analysis & reporting previously
- Experience in localisation of content for foreign markets (preferably Africa)
