Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and phone to resolve queries and provide support.
- Solve problems efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
