German and Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor

Main Duties:
- To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
- To deal with customers by phone, email and face to face, resolving queries and providing product advice as needed.
- To manage client accounts, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
- To work with your and other departments providing administrative support.
- To handle report distribution and invoices.
- To liaise with relevant internal and external departments.
Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent in German and Dutch (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- IT literate.
