The Vice President of Trade Finance Sales is responsible for:
- Sales and business promotion for transaction banking targeting Japanese clients and Asian multinational subsidiaries in EMEA.
- Implementing and delivering trade finance solutions to maximize profit and enhance the bank's market presence.
- Managing end-to-end product implementation and workflow setup.
- Engaging in marketing and sourcing activities in collaboration with client relationship managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions from origination to execution, including project management and legal documentation.
- Prepare client marketing materials and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Head Office in Tokyo.
- Maintain relationships with clients and third-party providers.
- Develop new products and business strategies.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Experience in trade finance sales and promotion in an international bank.
- Strong track record in pitching, marketing, and executing deals.
- Advanced knowledge of transaction banking products.
- Execution skills in negotiation, risk evaluation, and legal due diligence.
- Industry knowledge of key trade finance commodities.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Strong communication and IT skills, with knowledge of Fintech in trade finance.
