Location: Leicester, UK - Office-based (no travel required)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Main duties:
- To develop and maintain relationships with smaller French customers through effective telephone and email communication, supporting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To manage and grow a portfolio of French customers.
- Respond to customer queries and sales opportunities via email and phone.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and potential customers.
- Support external sales by qualifying marketing leads and escalating large opportunities.
- Promote the company's products and solutions with a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and service targets while maintaining accurate data within the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally within a business to business or call centre environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Good organisation, analytical, and IT skills (including CRM experience).
- Sales-driven, proactive, and confident, able to work to set targets.
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Based within commuting distance to Leicester.
