  • We're exclusively recruiting a French Speaking Business Development Representative to join a growing commercial team within a technology-led environment. This role offers a strong balance of outbound business development and hands-on sales support, working closely with experienced Field Sales Representatives to drive new revenue and build a healthy sales pipeline.

    Business Development

    • Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling
    • Qualify inbound leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
    • Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and identify potential opportunities
    • Book high-quality first meetings and demonstrations for Field Sales Representatives
    • Accurately track all activity and lead progression within the CRM


    Sales & Pipeline Support

    • Support Field Sales Representatives with opportunity administration and CRM updates
    • Coordinate proposals, quotes, and contract documentation with internal stakeholders
    • Produce pipeline and activity reports to support forecasting and performance tracking
    • Prepare sales presentations and client-facing materials

    • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development with a strong outbound focus
    • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
    • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in writing
    • Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential
    • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach


    Nice to Have

    • Experience supporting Field Sales teams
    • Exposure to sales or marketing engagement platforms

    • 40,000 base salary
