Overview - Join a leading team in Cyber Security events with 20+ years of experience in the industry.
- Manage and support 20 international shows annually.
- Engage with high-profile clients and industry leaders across global Cyber Security events.
- Ideal for candidates with B2B sales, media, or events experience.
Role Responsibilities - Support planning and execution of international Cyber Security events.
- Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and on-site operations.
- Manage attendee registration, communications, and customer queries.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist with marketing, sales, and promotional activities where required.
- Provide real-time support and problem-solving during events.
- Maintain event documentation, reports, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
Role Requirements - Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, media, or events (preferred).
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work full-time, office-based, and travel occasionally for international events.
