Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Responsibilities
Main duties:
- To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The role:
- Act as the first point of contact for private customers, affiliates and wholesalers.
- Process orders through the system and communicate order status with customer.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to final delivery.
- Liaise with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure smooth operations and communicate lead times effectively.
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand and grow the partner network and affiliate program.
- Make proactive calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and identify areas for upselling.

- Salary: up to £26,000 per annum pro rata plus bonus

Candidate's Profile
- Experience in a Sales and Customer Service role - Essential
- Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) - Beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated, Proactive and Dynamic personality
- IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office
