Main duties:
- Assist customers with bookings and any enquiries they may have
The role:
- Manage bookings from provisional to confirmed
- Provide support with bookings amendments
- Give advice to customers on different tours available to them
- Lia with suppliers and create strong working relationships with them
- Quickly adapt to change such as accommodation closures or travel disruptions
Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent in German (written and verbally) - Essential
- Previous experience in a customer service role - Ideal
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- IT literate
