  • We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Customer Services Representative who is fluent in Dutch to join our clients team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their Dutch speaking customers, providing exceptional service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver professional, friendly, and accurate support to Dutch speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
    • Record and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escrow issues or improve processes when necessary.
    • Meet and exceed service level targets, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Fluency in Dutch (native or near native level) - written and spoken.
    • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
    • Previous experience in customer service or a customer facing role
    • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and active listening skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
    • Comfortable using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
