Responsibilities
Finnish speaking Inside Sales Representative
Location: Remote in the UK
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission
Ref: 4297FS
Main duties: Working within a designated region, you will be responsible to maintain and grow the customer base
The role:
- Be responsible for outbound calling to new and existing customers in order to sell products and services
- Answer inbound calls and enquires providing great customer service with the intent to increase sales
- Follow up on dormant accounts
- To create quotes with regular follow ups
- Attend sales training as required
- Ensure Health and safety standards are adhered to
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in Finnish (written and spoken) essential
- Knowledge of Swedish a strong advantage
- Inside sales or telesales experience preferred
- Target orientated
- Excellent communication skills with strong and confident telephone manner
- Organised, motivated and a strong work ethic
- IT literate
