Your RoleAs a full-time Client Outreach Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities through direct outreach. This is a hands-on role that sits at the front end of our sales process.
Key responsibilitiesRecent graduate (Bachelors or Masters) or final-year student available to start full-time immediately.
Strong written and spoken communication skills. Multilingual candidates (for example German, French, Lithuanian, Russian) are preferred.
Curious, self-driven and eager to learn especially eager to develop skills in sales, business development and data-driven outreach.
Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and outreach channels at once.
A collaborative mindset: able to work with a team but also comfortable taking initiative independently. Leadership experience (student societies, teams, clubs) is a plus.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment: generating leads, tracking metrics and optimising outreach.
