    The Role

    As Manager, Social - DAZN Arabia, you will be responsible for leading and executing the social media strategy for DAZN's Arabic-language platforms across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.

    Reporting into the Director of Social, DAZN, you will own day-to-day programming, publishing, and performance across DAZN Arabia's social handles. You will manage a freelance programmer based in Saudi Arabia and work closely with DAZN's central Social team and Social Creative team to ensure content is culturally relevant, platform-native, and aligned with DAZN's global standards.

    This role plays a critical part in growing DAZN's reach, relevance, and engagement with Arabic-speaking sports fans across the region.

    What You'll Be Doing
    • Own the day-to-day management and publishing of DAZN Arabia social channels across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook
    • Develop and execute a culturally relevant social content strategy tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences
    • Lead content planning, scheduling, and real-time coverage around key sporting moments, fights, and events
    • Manage and provide clear direction to a freelance social programmer based in Saudi Arabia, including workflows, priorities, and quality control
    • Work closely with the DAZN Social team to align DAZN Arabia output with global social strategies, standards, and best practices
    • Partner with the Social Creative Team to brief, review, and optimise creative assets for Arabic-language platforms.
    • Monitor performance across platforms, using insights to optimise content, formats, and publishing strategies
    • Ensure all content is linguistically accurate, culturally appropriate, and platform-native in both Arabic and English contexts.
    What You'll Bring
    • Native-level Arabic fluency with professional bilingual proficiency in English
    • Proven experience managing social media accounts at scale, ideally for sports, media, or entertainment brands
    • Strong platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook, including short-form video best practices
    • Deep understanding of Arabic-speaking audiences, regional sports culture, and digital consumption habits
    • Experience managing freelancers or contributors remotely
    • Strong editorial judgement with the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and cultural nuance
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using social analytics to inform decision-making
    • Confidence working cross-functionally with global teams across different time zones
