    French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

    An established and growing organisation is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building strong relationships and working in a collaborative environment.

    In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers and partners, providing high-quality support while working closely with internal teams to ensure queries, orders and requests are handled efficiently.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
    • Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner
    • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery
    • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in line with agreed service levels
    • Maintain accurate records and track cases using internal systems
    • Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational or delivery issues
    • Maintain regular communication with customers and gather feedback where appropriate
    • Support the onboarding of new customers and assist with account set-up processes
    • Assist with special order requests and general administrative tasks
    • Provide occasional support during busy periods, meetings or events

     

    Skills & Experience

    • Fluent French (spoken and written)
    • Previous experience in a professional customer service role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Friendly and professional telephone manner
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
    • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
