A fast-growing UK consumer brand is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across the German market. Title: Marketing Executive (German Speaking)
Location: Remote (UK or Germany based)
Salary: £40,000
Contract: Full time permanent
This role will play a key part in supporting that expansion, helping to localise marketing campaigns, coordinate cross channel activity and ensure marketing initiatives are effectively adapted for the German market.
Role Overview:
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping ensure activity is delivered accurately and effectively for the German market.
You'll work closely with internal teams, external agencies and retail partners to localise marketing assets, coordinate campaign delivery and support the execution of both digital and retail marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, retail and brand channels
- Assisting with the delivery of Germany-specific marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Translating and localising UK marketing assets for the German market
- Coordinating the rollout of marketing assets including digital content, email, social media and retail toolkits
- Ensuring all localised marketing materials align with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Supporting retail marketing initiatives and coordinating activity with retail partners
- Working closely with agencies to manage briefs, feedback and campaign delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Ecommerce, Product and Customer Service
- Supporting campaign reporting and analysing marketing performance
- Maintaining marketing trackers, timelines and documentation to support campaign delivery
Candidate Criteria:
This role would suit someone with 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a consumer, retail or brand led environment.
- 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role
- Good understanding of core marketing channels including digital, content, email, social and paid media
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with agencies and internal stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
