Area Manager – Education Sector (Athens)
€24,000 per year | On-site | 50% travel (local & international)
Our client, a global education organisation, is seeking a proactive Area Manager to support and develop a network of learning centres across Greece and the Balkans. This on?site Athens role combines coaching, operational support, and business development.
What you’ll do:
- Support franchisees through regular visits, coaching, and performance guidance
- Drive centre growth, quality, and operational standards
- Deliver training, presentations, and local initiatives
- Travel extensively across the region (approx. 50%)
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in education, corporate, or franchise environments
- Strong business acumen and relationship?building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business?level English
- Passion for learning, development, and helping businesses succeed
