Reservations & Ticketing Agent (Mandarin Speaking) Central London - Office Based

A global travel company is looking for an experienced Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join their London team. You'll be working in a multicultural environment, handling bookings, ticketing, passenger support and detailed reporting. Fluent Mandarin (spoken, read and written) is essential for this role.
What you'll be doing
- Handling reservation calls from passengers and travel trade
- Creating bookings, processing changes, issuing and reissuing tickets and EMDs
- Managing invoices, payments and strict reporting procedures
- Completing daily and monthly sales reports and reconciliations
- Supporting customers over the phone and face to face
- Handling reissues, upgrades, reroutes and group bookings
- Liaising with local and overseas teams for the airline client
What we're looking for
- Fluent Mandarin (speak, read, write)
- Minimum two years' airline reservations and ticketing experience
- Strong Amadeus skills including fares, e ticketing and manual fare builds
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Calm, professional and detail focused
- Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
