What you'll do:- Provide outstanding customer service
- Convert incoming enquiries and manage customer requirements for products and services.
- Deliver personal demonstrations via Teams and support events that engage existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and produce regular customer summaries.
