    The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and increasing international demand, they are looking to recruit a French-speaking International Sales Coordinator to join their busy and supportive sales team.

    The Role

    As an International Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting customers across European markets, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customer relationships are maintained to the highest standards.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing customer accounts and building strong long-term relationships.
    • Communicating with European customers in both English and French.
    • Preparing quotations and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Monitoring stock availability and managing lead times through the company's ERP system.
    • Coordinating international deliveries and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
    • Preparing and checking export and customs documentation.
    • Updating and maintaining CRM records.
    • Working closely with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
    • Resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service.
    • Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
    • Supporting general office administration and telephone enquiries as required.

    The Candidate:

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Business-level fluency in both French and English.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Desirable, but not essential:

    • Previous import/export or international logistics experience.
    • Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
