Working within a friendly and collaborative team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounts payable processes, and ensuring queries are resolved efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify and reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders and payment requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
- Communicate with suppliers, colleagues and international stakeholders in both Mandarin and English
- Respond to finance-related queries and provide support across departments
- Assist with month-end activities and preparation of financial reports
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in line with company procedures
- Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience within a Finance Assistant, Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and finance/accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and international teams
