Job Title: German speaking Pre-Construction Manager

Location: Bristol, hybrid

Position: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £50,000 DOE

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading German design-and-build contractor specialising in complex construction projects across the UK and Europe. As a German speaking Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are effectively planned, procured and coordinated before reaching the construction phase, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.

As the German speaking Pre-Construction Manager, you will:

• Coordinate pre-construction activities to support successful project delivery
• Manage supplier and subcontractor engagement, procurement and contractual documentation
• Plan logistics and transportation requirements in line with project schedules
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the pre-construction process
• Liaise with project teams to ensure effective planning, quality and resource coordination
• Support commercial activities including variations, quotations and project administration

Who we're looking for:

• Fluent German and English language skills
• Degree, qualification or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related construction discipline
• Previous experience within a pre-construction, design coordination, procurement or project delivery environment
• Knowledge of steel construction, structural systems or manufacturing processes
• CAD knowledge would be advantageous
