Italian Speaking Telesales Executive
Location: B3, Birmingham
Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:45am - 4:45pm, Monday to Thursday
Friday: Working from Home
We are currently recruiting for an Italian Speaking Telesales Executive to join a growing and successful business based in Birmingham city centre.
Working across a variety of campaigns, you will use your Italian language skills to engage with customers, generate leads, and build strong business relationships. This role would suit a confident and motivated individual who enjoys speaking to people and is not afraid of spending their day on the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to Italian-speaking customers and prospects
- Promoting products and services across multiple campaigns
- Generating leads and identifying sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Updating and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working towards individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous telesales, sales, call centre, or customer service experience is beneficial
