Customer Service Specialist

Our client are currently recruiting for a German and French Speaking Customer Service Specialist to work for an excellent company based in Central Cambridge. It s a great opportunity to join a fantastic company who are looking to grow their team.

The role is a full-time permanent position offering remote or hybrid working.

Salary: £28,000

Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

Typical duties include:

• Ensuring that all customer queries are effectively resolved
• Contacting customers to update them on their orders
• Administrative duties centred around the processing of orders
• Offering recommendations and product alternatives to established customers when required
• Accurate data entry into the salesforce system

The Successful Candidate:

• Written and spoken fluency in German and French is essential
• Experience in a customer orientated position
• Good problem-solving skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy & proficient with MS Office products
