  • Are you fluent in French and passionate about customer service? I am looking for a dedicated French Speaking Customer Support Representative to join a very niche company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the French-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer customer inquiries in French promptly and professionally
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
    • Provide product information and guidance to customers
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
    • Identify and escalate any issues or trends to management as needed

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven customer service experience
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
