  • We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our client who is a reputable and well-established business, specialising in gelato, coffee and pastries in Holland Park.

    Assistant Manager Details:

    • Full-time position with up to 45 hours per week
    • Salary between £27,000 - £28,000 per year

    Assistant Manager Responsabilities:

    • Provide high-quality customer service to establish a strong relationship with the local community.
    • Serve gelato, pastries and coffee ensuring the company's quality standard.
    • Oversee daily operations.
    • Support the store manager in creating a strong work ethic within the team.
    • Manage and recruit staff.
    • Teach new staff members.
    • Attend staff meetings.
    • Maintain cleanliness and cleaning.

    Assistant Manager Requirements:

    • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
    • Flexibility to work during weekends
    • Able to collaborate within the team
    • Willingness to learn
    • Strong work ethic
    • Fluent English speaking and Italian would be an advantage
