    We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who can bring creativity, cultural understanding and operational excellence to a fast-moving, multilingual environment.

    Title: Social Media Specialist - French, English & Dutch speaking
    Contract: 6-Month FTC, Full Time - 40 hours per week
    Salary: 32,000
    Location: Hybrid London

    About the Role
    Starting January 2026, you'll play a key role in expanding social media operations across the Benelux market, with a strong focus on the Netherlands. You'll act as the primary social media contact for a major global FMCG brand, managing customer interactions across Dutch, French and English channels.

    This is a hands-on role where you'll manage proactive and reactive conversations, support brand reputation, and deliver best-in-class community management.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Managing social media interactions across Dutch, French and English channels
    • Delivering timely and brand-aligned responses to consumer queries and complaints
    • Publishing, scheduling and tagging content
    • Monitoring sentiment, identifying trends and escalating potential issues
    • Analysing performance data and producing actionable reports on KPIs and consumer insights
    • Supporting the development of training materials, knowledge-base content and workflow improvements
    • Collaborating with customer-care teams to unify processes and ensure smooth handovers
    • Contributing to workshops, training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives


    Requirements:

    • Native-level Dutch, plus strong French and English communication skills
    • 5+ years' experience in social media management or community management for consumer brands
    • Proven ability to manage high-volume social channels with excellent tone-of-voice control
    • Strong knowledge of social management and listening tools
    • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter and emerging channels
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
    • Exceptional written communication and brand-aligned messaging skills
