  • Our client has an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join them on a contract basis for 5 months with possible extension. You will be solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

    Role: Customer Service Executive
    Location: Fully Remote - Head Office is located in Newcastle
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
    Hourly Rate: 14.30 per hour via PAYE

    What you'll be doing:

    • Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor.
    • In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
    • The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised.
    • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to speak fluent Welsh is essential - this must be highlighted on the CV
    • Ability to write fluently in Welsh is essential - this must be highlighted on the CV
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Stakeholder communication skills
