• Fostering credible and trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Supporting senior members of the client service team with day to day account management duties.
• Putting together presentations to a high standard and running reports.

• Experience working in a client service driven role within media or marketing.
• Must be working or native level in German.
• A good level of attention to detail and confidence in dealing with customers.
• Willingness to learn and grow with a business.
