Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant (German & English Speaking)
Ringwood (Hybrid) 13.35 per hour + bonus (OTE)
Are you fluent in German and English and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We're working with a fast-growing, international client to recruit a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant to join their vibrant team. You'll be handling calls, emails, and live chats, helping customers enjoy a smooth and engaging experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal teams
- Contributing to a high-performing, fun, and collaborative team
What we're looking for:
- Fluent in German and English (other languages a bonus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident decision-making, problem-solving, and numeracy skills
- Previous call centre or back-office experience desirable
- Flexible and willing to work shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday
