The Role: Parts Sales Advisor This is a dynamic, customer focused position where
telesales and relationship building are central. You'll be the go to expert for customers seeking parts, advice, and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicating with customers in Dutch
- Handling orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments
- Managing after sales queries and supporting the service team
- Preparing estimates when required
- Prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining customer accounts
- Answering enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
- Assisting with inventory checks
- Maintaining strong relationships with workshops and service advisors
- Making outbound calls and engaging in cold acquisition
- Occasionally attending car shows or business trips to meet clients
Who We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle operation
- A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Great organisational abilities and a proactive attitude
- A clean, valid driver's licence
- A passion for building long term customer relationships
What's on Offer- €36,000-€42,000 per year (Netherlands salary) OR £28,571 - £35,802 (UK salary)
