Your roleAs a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you'll support customers with travel-related queries and deliver a seamless experience across multiple channels.
You will:
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide clear, efficient, and empathetic solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers

What you'll need- Fluent German and English
- Previous experience in customer service
