Our client is currently recruiting for a Dutch Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Edinburgh. As a Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will manage a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone, live chat, and email. Working within a busy customer service environment, you will take full ownership of travel-related queries, resolving issues from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy solving problems while creating positive experiences for every customer. You build rapport quickly, remain calm under pressure, and communicate confidently across multiple channels.
As a successful Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you are motivated by achieving targets, take ownership of your performance, and consistently deliver high-quality customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and can confidently manage multiple systems and conversations simultaneously.
