French Speaking Sales Executive

I'm looking for a driven French speaking Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals that drive company revenue. You'll be the face of thecompany to prospects and existing customers, balancing hunting for new accounts with nurturing the ones we already have.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored proposals to prospects
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for leadership
Requirements
- Fluent to native level in French
- Fluent in English
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role (adjust based on seniority)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling/emailing and objection handling
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
