French Speaking Telesales Executive
Location: B3, Birmingham
Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:45am - 4:45pm, Monday to Thursday
Friday: Work from Home
We are recruiting for a French Speaking Telesales Executive to join a friendly and growing team based in Birmingham city centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, target-driven individual who enjoys speaking with people and is not afraid of picking up the phone. Working across a variety of campaigns, you will use your French language skills to engage with customers, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to French-speaking customers and prospects
- Promoting products and services across multiple campaigns
- Identifying opportunities and generating qualified leads
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Updating CRM systems with accurate information
- Achieving individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in both French and English
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
- Positive, resilient, and target-driven
- Previous telesales, sales, call centre, or customer service experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
