German Speaking Telesales Executive
Location: B3, Birmingham
Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:45am - 4:45pm, Monday to Thursday
Friday: Home Working
We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Telesales Executive to join a successful and growing business based in Birmingham city centre.
This role involves working across a variety of campaigns, engaging with German-speaking customers and prospects, generating leads, and helping to drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, motivated, and enjoys speaking with people over the phone.
Duties Include:
- Making outbound calls to German-speaking customers and prospects
- Promoting products and services across multiple campaigns
- Building strong relationships and identifying sales opportunities
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments where required
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Working towards individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in both German and English
- Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills
- Previous telesales, sales, call centre, or customer service experience is advantageous
