Trade Counter Sales - Builders Merchants (Punjabi Speaking)

Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Trade Counter Sales Person to join a well-established builders merchants in Southall. This is a full-time permanent role, the successful candidate will come from a builders merchant background and will be fluent Punjabi speaking. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established growing business that truly values their staff!

Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:30 & alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:00

This role involves:

• account managing customers
• responding to emails and inbound calls
• sending quotes
• helping customers on the trade counter
• providing a brilliant customer service face to face and on the phone
• keeping trade counter area stocked and organised
• processing orders

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

• a minimum of 1 years trade counter sales experience within a building supplies business
• confident with inbound and internal sales
• brilliant customer service skills
• basic understanding of profits & margins
• computer literate
• fluent English speaking, reading & writing
• willing to learn new skills
• fluent Punjabi speaking
