We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to join a global travel brand in Edinburgh. You'll be supporting customers with their travel plans, helping with bookings and enquiries, resolving issues and making sure every customer receives a positive experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide excellent customer service in Russian and English via phone, live chat and email.
• Support customers with hotel bookings, flights and a range of travel-related enquiries.
• Take ownership of customer queries and see them through to resolution.
• Build rapport with customers while providing a friendly, professional and empathetic service.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Confidently navigate multiple systems to find information and solutions quickly.
• Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail or travel environment.
• Someone who enjoys speaking to customers and providing a great service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to manage live chats.
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
• Motivated to learn, develop and build a long-term career.

Travel industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The standard working hours are 08:00-16:30, with some flexibility to work weekends when required by the client.
Temporary winter shift: From now until 27 March, the shift pattern will temporarily change to 07:00-15:30, Monday to Friday, instead of the usual 08:00-16:30 hours.
Anyone joining during this period will complete their training on the normal 08:00-16:30 schedule before moving onto the temporary winter shift pattern.
From 27 March, the team will return to the standard 08:00-16:30 hours.
